RADOSŁAW KAMIENIARZ

A versatile violinist born in Leszno, pursuing his musical interests mainly in the trend of historical performance practices. He graduated from the H. Wieniawski State Secondary Music School “Talent School” in Poznań, then the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, where he studied under the supervision of prof. Jadwiga Kaliszewska and the K. Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, in the baroque violin class of dr hab. Zbigniew Pilch. He has participated in many master classes in the interpretation of solo and chamber music as well as in the trend of historical performance. He has performed and recorded in Poland and abroad as a soloist, chamber musician, concertmaster and member of symphonic and chamber orchestras, as well as many leading ensembles specializing in historical music performance. Co-founder of the Musicarius string quartet founded in 2003, with which he performs to this day. In 2007, he became a musician of the “Musicae Antiquae Collegium Varsoviense” Ensemble of Ancient Instruments at the Warsaw Chamber Opera, where he is the concertmaster, soloist and musical director of selected concerts, performances and recordings. Associate of the Department of Organ, Harpsichord and Early Music at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, where he teaches baroque violin and baroque viola.
