Born in Slovakia, she began her musical education, piano and singing, at the age of six. She graduated from the Vocal and Acting class at the Academy of Music F. Nowowiejskiego in Bydgoszcz (Poland) where she was a member of the academic staff between 2009–2014 and earned a PhD degree. Her opera performances include W.A. Mozart – Susanna “Le nozze di Figaro” (Opera Baltic, Warsaw Chamber Opera), W.A. Mozart – Pamina “Die Zauberföte” (Opera Baltic, Warsaw Chamber Opera), W.A.Mozart – Zerlina “Don Giovanni” (Slovak National Theatre, Warsaw Chamber Opera), W.A. Mozart – Barbarina “Le nozze di Figaro” (Opera Baltic, National Theatre Warsaw), L. Vinci – Semiramide “Semiramide riconosciuta” (Baroque Opera Festival 2016 in Warsaw), B. Smetana – Mařenka “The Bartered bride” (Moravian-Slezian Ostrava), E. Humperdinck – Gretel “Hansel und Gretel” (Opera Nowa Bydgoszcz), M. Mussorgsky – Xenia “Borys Godunov” (National Theatre Warsaw), G. Bizet – Micaëla “Carmen” (Opera Baltic), H. Purcell – Belinda “Dido and Aeneas” (Opera Nova Bydgoszcz), A. Nowak – SHE “The Sudden Rain” (National Theatre Warsaw – world premiere). Ingrida sings with the best orchestras in Poland, maintaining a special relationship with Warsaw National Philharmonia. With them she has sung under the direction of conductors such as Ton Koopman or Jacek Kaspszyk. Maestro Kaspszyk chooses her to perform the G. Mahler’s 4th symphony with the Warsaw National Orchestra at the Festspielhaus Bregenz (Austria), Muziekgebouw Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Kölner Philharmonie (Germany). In 2015 she won the Selma D. and Leon Fishbach Memorial Prize at the 2015 London Handel Singing Competition resulting an invitation to perform in Finland with Helsinki Baroque Ensemble Orchestra (HEBO).
She recorded with Goldberg Baroque Ensemble the world premieres “Christmas Cantatas of 18th century Gdansk” (2010), “Lent Cantatas of 18th century Gdansk” (2011), Johann Balthasar Christian Freisslich’s “Passio Christi” (2012) and “The Gdańsk Baroque Cantatas” (2015) released by Sarton records. This last two works were nominated in Poland for the “Fryderyk Music awards 2013 and 2016”.
