Gabriela Kleban – a student of graduate studies at the Stanislaw Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdansk in the class of prof. dr hab. Bożena Harasimowicz and a bachelor’s degree graduate in theory of music. Laureate of the International Music Moscow Competition and the “Polska Miniatura” competition in 2019. She had the chance of perfecting her singing abilities at master classes with such artists as: Iwona Hossa, Anna Jeremus-Lewandowska, Ulrike Sonntag and Sofija Cingula. In 2021 she took part in a master classes course dedicated to performing of the Renaissance songs with Jan Čižmár. She performed as a soloist with the Sopot Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra and the early music ensemble – Ensemble Inégalité. In December of 2022 she performed the soprano part in J. S. Bach’s Cantata BWV 55 during the Actus Humanus Nativitas Festival. In March of 2023 she performed the soprano solo part in the world premiere of Bernard Stieler’s composition with the Sopot Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Przemyslaw Stanislawski. In her repertoire she has the part of Monica from the “The Medium” by G.C. Menotti, among many other oratory and cantata parts.
