He received his musical education at the Academy of Music in Cracow and Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna in the class of prof. Hans Haselböck. He is a laureate of organ competitions in Prague (2nd prize), Nuremberg (3rd prize) and Pretoria where, apart from the first prize, he received three distinctions. For many years, he has an intensive concert life not only in many European countries, but also in Asia, North America and Africa (Namibia and South Africa, where he has toured three times). He has performed as a soloist with orchestras in Poland, the Czech Republic and South Africa. With the Concerto Avenna orchestra, he recorded Paweł Łukaszewski’s organ concert for an album that received the 2008 Fryderyk Award. He has made many recordings for television and radio stations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Vatican, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. As a chamber musician, he collaborates with many artists, presenting music of all periods and styles. He is the author of the CD recording and the book Sigfrid Karg-Elert (1877-1933) – in the element of sound colourism. He is the initiator and director of the Artem Cameralem Promovere Organ and Chamber Music Competition in Mielec, as well as the organizer of the Lux organi competition for young organists in Chorzów. He works at the alma mater of the Academy of Music in Krakow.
